A new home extravaganza brought to you by members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Peoria! Tour one home, or see all of them! It's a free-style home tour and you determine your route!

Visit the largest showcase of new construction in the tri-county area, with many beautiful newly-constructed homes open to the public for only two big Parade of Homes weekends. Homes are featured by a variety of different area home builders. You will want to see these 45 beautiful homes entered in the 2008 event, featuring the talent and craftsmanship of 27 builders!

All homes are open from 1-5 pm on Saturday and Sunday, June 21-22 & 28-29, 2008.

How can you find the homes? It's easy and convenient!
Find your complimentary "Parade Tour Book" with details on all homes will be included in the Saturday, June 21 edition of the Peoria Journal Star!
OR ... Pick up your free copy of the book at any Peoria-area CEFCU Member Centers or Associated Bank locations
OR ... If you cannot access a book through either of those channels, books are available at each Parade Home during regular event hours. Use the home links below to find the home closest to you, and pick up your book there! More detailed information on each home, including driving directions to reach the home and a color photo of the home is available in the links below.

Homes are classified in two categories this year, Featured Homes and Showcase Homes.

What is a Featured Home?
Homes entered as "Featured Homes" are nearing completion and may offer visitors a chance to see homes in various stages of construction. Some may be complete but do not yet have items such as flooring or cabinetry, leaving choices available to prospective buyers.

What is a Showcase Home?
Homes entered as "Showcase Homes" are predominantly finished in all construction aspects. Some may include interior decorating and furnishings, as well as some landscaping.
